Privacy policy

The information we process, how we use it, and how you can manage your data.

Information we collect

Account information includes your registration email, workspace name, salted password hash, and login sessions. Service records include the necessary records of access, security, job status, and usage, as well as the test data you upload and the results of calculations.

When you submit an inquiry or contact support, we process the contact details and messages you provide. When you make a payment, the payment provider handles your card details. VoltSift keeps the information needed to reconcile orders, subscriptions, refunds, and credits; it does not store full card numbers.

How we use information

We use this information to verify accounts, provide calculations and downloads, manage credits, maintain service security, and handle payments and support requests. Uploaded data is used for calculations in your workspace. It is not used to train public models or sold to third parties.

Processing locations and service providers

Uploaded workspace data and results are stored on servers in the United States. Computations may also run on nodes in mainland China. Task data is transferred over encrypted connections. Nodes read task data during computation. Temporary copies on the compute node are deleted after the results are retrieved. Cloudflare provides network protection, encrypted connections, and forwarding of incoming email. Resend sends emails for account verification and password recovery. Messages sent to addresses on our domain are forwarded to the operator's Gmail inbox for handling.

At checkout, we identify the payment provider and link to its privacy information. Service providers process information only to the extent needed to provide their services. Depending on your location, using this service involves transferring data to the processing locations listed above.

Retention and deletion

Uploaded data and results are retained until you delete the project in the workspace. Deletion first revokes access, then removes the files. You can view the cleanup status in the workspace. Rolling backups are kept for up to 30 days. Records of deletions are applied during restoration to prevent access to deleted projects from being restored.

Necessary records of usage, operations, and payments are kept for security checks and transaction reconciliation. They are not automatically deleted with project files. Contact support to request access to, correction of, or deletion of account information. Records that must be retained by law are handled as required.

Email verification and password recovery links expire after 30 minutes. Trial inquiries are kept for 90 days, then deleted during scheduled cleanup. You can also withdraw a request earlier using the receipt saved in this browser.

Cookies and browser storage

The website uses cookies to keep you signed in and remember your language choice. It does not use cookies for advertising tracking. After you submit an inquiry, the browser's local storage saves a receipt that lets you view and withdraw the request. Clearing browser storage removes the receipt from that device. You can still contact support for help with the request.

Your choices

You can download results, delete projects, change your password, or request access to, correction of, and deletion of account information. To protect your account, we may need to check your registration email or related records when handling a request. Do not send passwords or full card numbers in support emails.

Updates to this policy

When we make material changes to how we process data, we will update this page and notify affected users through the website or their account email.
